My boss des this regularly: What are the details? Why don't you know? You better start learning to be quicker off the mark... and after reading your article I understand that what he is actually saying is: Have you collected all of the info that you need to do the job? What could you have done better in order for you to have gained the information? You will make more money if you are more efficient at getting the information you need. Am I correct in guessing that he is a Choleric? Maybe a little Phlegmatic in that he knows when you are guessing and not speaking from knowledge?
