I needed somebody elses' opinions to mirror my thoughts. I never thought I was a control freak but when you blame yourself for things out of your control you know that you are one. What is helping me is admitting to my feelings and habits in this respect, then I have a clear platform with which to work. I now believe that the greater the prize the bigger the risk of failure, so i'm starting off small, i'll get a few victories under my belt... then i'll see you at the top!!! Thanks Deon.
